Heidi Gascon

Heidi Gascon serves on the board of the You’ve Got This! project and currently works as a Literacy Consultant in Lansing, Michigan. She was drawn to the You’ve Got This! Project because of her friendship with the founder, Mary Jo, and because of her own family’s unfortunate experiences with cancer. Heidi’s mom was a two time survivor of breast cancer until the disease returned for a third time and eventually took her life. By participating in the project, Heidi’s goal is to bring hope to those beginning treatment, to let them know that they are supported, and to show them they are not alone during this isolating experience. Heidi is married to her wonderful husband, Scott, and is a proud mother to her spunky daughter, Sloane (5) and happy son, Beckett (3).
